Rates
A regular booking secures the entire Samui villa complex and all staff services. It assumes that all the four main double bedrooms in the main villa may be used by up to 8 adults or children. For a regular booking, children may also stay, effectively free, in the dorm room and, for a nominal charge, the twin room next to the dorm (Garden Bedroom) can also be made available.
Please note the Rental Terms and Conditions that will apply to any booking made for the View.
The Special rates below apply for 2012 while the villa is still in its launch period.

Minimum nights
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all seasons except Prime Christmas and New Year or for weddings.
For Prime season and weddings, 5 nights minimum stay applies. For Christmas and New Year, a 7 night minimum applies. |

| Discounts |
- Bookings placed at least 5 months in advance can enjoy an "early bird" discount.
- If other villas are booked at the Headland estate for a combined booking a further multiple booking discounts may be available in some seasons.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR MINIMUM NIGHTS
| - A minimum of 7 nights is required. |
| - For a booking overlapping Christmas and New Year, a minimum of 10 nights is required. |

RATES CONDITIONS
| 1. Daily Rates are subject to an additional 10% (Service Charge) and 7% (Tax). |
| 2. Rates are subject to change with notice. |
| 3. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) specified above. |
| 4. Baby cot provided FOC. |

WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES
For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
| - Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 80 guests. |
| - Premium of US$1,500 (subject to 7% tax) for 81+ guests. |
Please note that The View requires a minimum of 5 nights for all seasons for Wedding Bookings.
For functions, a refundable damage deposit is required to cover any potential damage (payable on site) and a
cleaning fee will be charged on site to the Guests depending on the service provided by a professional sub-contractor.
