About The View Samui
Named for its breathtaking clifftop views over the Western coast of Koh Samui, this 4+2 bedroom villa earns every single bit of its hype and stripes with its 180 degree views from each of its ensuite bedrooms. Features to love are the floor-to-ceiling windows that encompass the bedrooms and living spaces, the villa’s natural cliff face setting surrounded by tropical garden, and a pond complete with waterfall.

by cool sea breezes, The View is a state-of-the-art villa with sophisticated sound and lighting systems, fitted speakers, indoor and outdoor projector screens; so you’ll always be well-entertained. There’s also the floating glass staircases, a resort-style kitchen, a dedicated massage sala, yoga deck, a fully equipped gym and wraparound balconies. The flat lawn is also the place to be for a game of football or lawn croquet.
And did we mention a 16.5m infinity pool and jacuzzi, plus terrace, bar and more lounge areas? Come five o’clock, the pool is the perfect place for sundowners as you look out to Samui’s talked about sunset.
When it comes to the bedrooms, you’ll be spoilt for choice. In total, split across two floors, are four ensuite ocean facing bedrooms, which include two ensuite master suites with king-sized beds and large bathrooms, and two more ensuite rooms with king-sized beds. The fifth bedroom has a Hollywood twin bed (which has an option to become a King) and is located in the garden, and is adjacent to the children’s room; perfect for the nanny or that single friend.
The children’s room is like something out of a storybook. A specially customised room, the bunk beds are adorned with nautical-inspired circular white windows that look out to the garden, creating a whimsical feel. In total, there are six bunk beds and 3 pullout beds - perfect for the ultimate slumber party. A large TV also means the children can stay entertained for a day indoors.
All rooms come with private balconies, remotely operated lights and blinds, a 32" flat-screen, cable TV, DVD player; internet access and iPod docking station, in addition to the central AV system feed.

Rates
Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, handymen, and securities).
Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Chef Fee
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
A complimentary two baby cots and two high chairs are available at the villa.
Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
Smoking and Pet Policy
Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
