Weddings and Events
With stunning sunsets and ocean views, The View is a popular villa for intimate weddings of up to 50 guests, seated and standing combined.
Vows and dinner are situated on the lawn area, where you can dine under the stars. For guest accommodation, there is the neighbouring villa complex, The Headlands (comprised of four villas), which can fit 4 to 8 guests depending on the villa, and the Intercontinental Resort, which is just a short 200m walk away.
Catering can be done at the villa itself by outside vendors with the commercial kitchen.
Weddings at The View
Maximum capacity of 50 guests
with a combination of seating and standing
Minimum stay of 3 nights
except for Peak and Christmas/New Year period to follow season’s minimum nights required
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax
The Fine Print
Until 12 midnight only.
Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Note: Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Security Deposit
THB 20,000 (this is applied towards the costs of cleaning and tidying the villa after an event beyond the work normally required to clean up after a normal in-villa guests stay; this will be refunded if cleaning is handled by the event organiser).
Cleaning Deposit
Not allowed at The View but there is a possibility of doing it through the neighbouring Intercontinental Hotel whereby guest or event organiser is required to seek permission from the management of the hotel.
